Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FinSight Business Solutions handles information through our website, service enquiries, FinSight Campaign OS, our financial-health assessment, campaign workflows and authorised platform connections.

Website service finder and enquiries

The service finder and package selector work in this page. Answers and draft enquiries are not submitted to a FinSight database by those controls. The separate Financial Health Check stores your answers and contact details only after you give permission so FinSight can provide the requested result and respond to your enquiry. Completing the check does not add you automatically to a general marketing list. When you continue in WhatsApp or open an email draft, your chosen services and any text you entered are passed to that app; you decide whether to send the message. Those services have their own privacy policies. Please do not include sensitive financial records in an initial enquiry.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details you submit, business and financial-health assessment answers, consultation requests, campaign records and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

We also count page views and approximate browser sessions. When a visitor arrives through a campaign link, we record its UTM source, medium, campaign and content labels. We count clicks to call, WhatsApp or email as enquiry actions, but do not record the message content or the recipient's contact details through those clicks.

LinkedIn information

When an authorised FinSight Page administrator connects LinkedIn, we use LinkedIn OAuth and approved APIs to publish organisation content and retrieve Page or post analytics. We do not collect LinkedIn passwords, scrape LinkedIn, send unsolicited direct messages, bypass platform limits or sell LinkedIn data.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested assessments and recommendations, manage consented leads, schedule compliant campaigns, measure results, arrange consultations, secure the service and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, platforms you expressly authorise, or authorities where legally required. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, security, accounting or legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or disconnect a platform integration. Platform data is also subject to the platform’s own policies and controls.

Security

OAuth credentials and tokens are handled server-side, access is limited to authorised administrators, and sensitive connection tokens are encrypted before storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Security-relevant administrative events may be written to a tamper-evident audit ledger using cryptographic hashes. No client financial records, contact details or message contents are written to a public blockchain. If external anchoring is enabled, only a verification hash and transaction reference will be recorded.
